Why "GarrettRichard"?
Brian Richard Varnadore and Jordan Garrett Varnadore. Father and son. Two middle names, one agency. It's that personal.
Brian has been selling insurance in Florida longer than most of his competitors have been alive. He holds both the 218 and 220 General Lines (Property & Casualty) licenses — the 220 since 1990 — and has spent his career on every side of the industry: as a salesman, as an agency owner, and as a PEO operator.
That firsthand experience across every role is what makes the difference. Brian doesn't guess at what a good rate looks like — he's seen what carriers do when no one's watching, and he knows which PEOs actually perform when a claim hits.

Jordan graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2011 with a BBA in Marketing and Communications, then immediately went to work alongside Brian building GarrettRichard from the ground up. He holds the 220 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license from the State of Florida.
His focus has always been on making insurance accessible — cutting through the jargon, building systems that let business owners understand what they're actually paying for, and creating the digital tools behind Cheap Workers Comp Florida.
